I have had the good fortune of working alongside many highly talented business professionals during my long career. However, the ones that have really stood out (achieved amazing success) are the individuals who have a specific mindset. These are those rare individuals who are able to set a clearly defined objective, and then devise a strategic plan of action in order to achieve their goal. They are able to split an overall objective into tangible chunks, and then have the discipline of purpose to prioritise each step with laser focus.

Hence, we have found that direct interactive consultation is far more productive for SME clients and their business. That’s not to say we don’t take advantage of ‘Zoom’ video conferencing or a telephone call when it’s appropriate, because we do. However, a large proportion of our client time is specifically on an in-person basis. This is to ensure we are able to quickly identify areas that need attention, in order to provide corrective solutions that deliver fast and effective results.
