Stuart Media Creative & Management Consultant Who? – Hello and a warm welcome to my site. I have worked as a creative management professional since 2009, when I migrated my already extensive senior management and commercial operations skills from corporate telecommunications into film & television production. This somewhat unusual industry shift was in actual fact a strategic move for me at the time because I’ve had a strong creative side from an early age, and wanted to tap into this and further develop.

 

Unusual: I’m that rather unusual mix of ‘Commercial and Creative‘, which usually reside at opposite ends of the spectrum in business. However, this unusual skillset mix has provided me with many unique advantages and a bi-directonal perspective. Such skills have enabled me to be highly effective at pitching for, winning, and then managing many major creative and corporate contracts because I get it creatively and commercially right from the start.

• Sales / Advanced Salesology – Generating, pitching, wining, and then managing large high-value contracts.
• Negotiation – Using advanced negotiation techniques to anchor good commercial contract outcomes (for both parties because repeat business is also very important!). Brian Tracy and Chris Voss trained. Over 40 years experience!
