Stuart’s first decade of high-value contract negotiation experience started back in the mid 80’s when he was working as a ‘Senior Commercial Property Surveyor’ for Lloyds Bank ‘Black Horse Agencies’, and then Connell Wilson (now Lambert Smith Hampton). During this ten year period working in real estate, he was successful in negotiating countless high value property contracts. These included freehold sales and acquisitions on behalf of retained clients, lettings and lease renewals, property management, new development acquisitions and various other aspects of real estate contract negotiations.

He then went on to work in corporate telecommunications where he worked in senior operational management for for major account sales and national sales team management (11 years), negotiating many multi-million pound supply contracts with the likes of: BT Group, Virgin Media, Verizon Telecom, Cable & Wireless and many other major corporate giants. Then in 2009 he moved into film & TV production where he worked as ‘Head of Business Development’ for a London based VFX/CGI company, negotiating and managing many major new business contracts with the likes of: BBC, CBBC, ITV, ITN News, Kudos Film & TV, Iron Maiden, Bruce Dunlop Associates, Virgin Media, Wag TV, and many other amazing mainstream brands. He then later moved into major film production working as Commercial Director for FBFX and then moving into a senior management role at Pinewood studios Group. 

Stuart’s sustained success in negotiation and sales/new business development is largely down to his ongoing interest and commitment to understanding sales psychology, learning from the greats such as: Brian Tracy, Maxwell Maltz, Chris Voss and many others. Understanding human nature and how we make buying decisions is key to this psychological martial art.
